My journey towards a health-conscious way of living began at the tender age of 11 when I was diagnosed with a rare genetic kidney disease. This life-altering experience led me to explore various dietary plans, including a strict low-sodium and low-potassium regimen during my dialysis treatments. Thanks to the selfless act of my sister, who generously donated her kidney, I now lead a vibrant and fulfilling life.
Despite still taking medication, I have realized the utmost importance of nourishing our bodies with wholesome, nutritious foods and avoid process food.
